Participation
1. Food & Product Signup – Respond to the Facebook Group – Food Signup List by signing up on both pages of the Google Doc and preparing to bring the food and product assignments you chose. Please do not change the list after Monday night at 11:59, so we can plan on those items. If you do not bring items you sign up to bring, it can cause problems because your items may be an important part of a meal or photo assignment.
2. Attendance – Please ride with the group and stay the entire time. Arrive on time for all events and stay the entire time.
3. Attitude – Please be positive about all the experiences. If you have a negative attitude it can rub off on others who are trying their best to learn all they can in a positive environment. If you have suggestions I would love to hear them, but finding the right time in a one-on-one setting is best for some concerns.
4. Photography – Taking advantage of all the learning opportunities (example: All the FAPOS stops, light painting stations; All the model stations, etc.)
5. Formative Feedback – I highly recommend that you show your images as you take them on the excursion for immediate feedback and ask for help to correct any potential problems.
6. Setup, Cooking & Cleanup – Helping with the hauling, food prep and cleaning. Work with your group on food assignment.
7. Special Assignment – Each person will need to complete a special assignment to help. Feel free to ask Sister Esplin for an assignment when there is a lot to do. 🙂

We really appreciate those who volunteer until ALL the work is done. Please be sure you remember to keep shooting during the designated times on the itinerary. The excursion time we have together is a big part of our class time for the course, so we will work hard to provide a lot of learning opportunities, but we expect you to take part in all of them.
